1. Introduction

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and WYNXIO, operating the Wynxio Tech learning platform, referred to in these terms as “Wynxio Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By accessing our website, purchasing a course or using our learning portal, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Wynxio provides online educational services, including recorded courses, learning-portal access, trainer assistance, WhatsApp support groups and scheduled doubt-clearance sessions.

The exact curriculum, course language, duration, price, support features and prerequisites are displayed on the relevant course page before purchase.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase. A parent or legal guardian must complete the enrollment for a learner who is below the legally permitted age.

You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, mobile number and email address, during enrollment.

5. Course enrollment and payment

Course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during the purchase process or on the invoice.

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. A payment marked as pending does not constitute confirmed enrollment.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not directly store your full debit-card, credit-card or UPI authentication details.

6. Learning portal credentials

After successful payment and enrollment confirmation, learning portal credentials will be created and shared with the registered student. Credentials may also be sent to the mobile number or email address provided during enrollment.

Credentials are personal and must not be sold, shared, transferred or made available to another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorised account access.

7. Lifetime course access

Where a course is advertised with lifetime access, it means that the enrolled student may access the purchased recorded course without a recurring course-access fee for as long as the course remains available on our learning platform and Wynxio Tech continues to operate that service.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that every support feature, trainer, technology, lesson format or third-party platform will remain unchanged permanently.

8. Trainer and doubt-clearance support

Eligible courses may include trainer support and scheduled doubt-clearance sessions. Session dates, timings, trainers and communication methods may change based on trainer availability and operational requirements.

Students will normally be informed about scheduled sessions through the relevant WhatsApp support group or another official communication channel.

Trainer support is intended for questions reasonably connected with the enrolled course and does not include unlimited personal mentoring, project development or job-placement guarantees unless explicitly stated on the course page.

9. WhatsApp support groups

Enrolled students may be invited to a course-related WhatsApp group for announcements, session schedules and educational support.

Group members must communicate respectfully and must not send spam, advertisements, offensive material, unrelated promotions or private information belonging to another person.

We may remove a participant who misuses the group or disrupts the learning environment.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Share your learning account with another person.
• Copy, record, download or distribute course material except where a download feature is expressly provided.
• Reproduce, resell, publish or commercially exploit our content.
• Attempt to bypass account, payment or content-protection systems.
• Use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity.

11. Intellectual property

Course videos, notes, graphics, website content, branding, software and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Wynxio Tech. Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the material for learning purposes.

12. Course updates and availability

We may update, improve, replace or reorganise lessons to maintain course quality. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, security requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. No guaranteed outcome

Course completion does not by itself guarantee employment, promotion, income, examination success or any particular career result. Learning outcomes depend on factors including participation, practice, prior knowledge and individual effort.

14. Suspension or termination

We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access where there is evidence of credential sharing, content piracy, fraudulent payment, abusive conduct, unlawful activity or a serious violation of these terms.

15. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wynxio Tech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or course platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when our services, operational practices or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Trivandrum, Kerala.
